WHAT KIND OF WOOD DO YOU USE?
WoodCraft4You use high-quality, sustainable natural woods, including Sandalwood, Bamboo, Walnut, and Maple. Because it is real wood, each piece has a unique grain pattern.
DO YOU ENGRAVE?
Yes, we do offer engraving service for free. The engraving option of each model is listed in the description. Please select the option Yes for "Custom Engraving" when placing an order, we will laser engrave your personal note on the back of the wooden watch case which will make it truly unique.

WILL THE WATCH FIT ME?
Sure – all WoodCraft4You watches come with bands that are just over 8 inches (220 mm) long and can be adjusted to suit your preference by removing links.
WHAT IF MY WRIST IS BIGGER THAN THE BAND?
We have additional links available for sale. Just let us know and we will send you a link to purchase.
Every watch comes with a link removal tool and instructions so you can adjust the band to fit your wrist perfectly at home.
Our wood watches are splash-proof (light rain or hand washing), but they should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming or showering.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WATCH?
We recommend that you use orange or lemon oil extract to clean your wooden watch. Do not store in extreme temperatures; avoid extreme cold and heat. Do not get your watch wet, it is not waterproof and the mechanism will be affected.

CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?
Yes, batteries can be replaced at any jewelry or watch shop.
